The story

The association was founded 05/20/2014 Italy Malta Pizza Association, with adjoining school Of Pizza at Marsaxlokk Malta Malta, inaugurated in the presence of the Mayor of Marsaxlokk.
The presentation was filmed by TV Maltese national and private, as well as by the press.
In this first year, I think a little bit of good we have already done, the first World Championship of Pizza Bianca in Malta, where they participated 153 competitors for this event there have been local and national TV. Present at the event the Minister of Tourism, the deputies and the Mayor of Marsaxlokk.
Today we count 168 members, both Italian or from other countries of the world.
Right now, we understand the importance of collaboration between the associations, federations, and schools, and for this reason I thank you for the availability of Their Presidents.

 

Next steps…

Now we are ready for the next step, in fact, both in Italy and in other countries, in September will begin courses for Pizza Makers.
These courses, in Malta, will be held at the ‘AITS University Labour Maltese.
I should point out that the A.I.T.S. for relevance is the second most important school of Europe, where precisely it will Our courses Pizza Classica, Pala, Baking, Gluten Free Pizza, Pizzolo, Mixtures alternative, Freestyle, HACCP and many others. Courses that will be held by Our instructors.

 

Great success thanks to you

We have already achieved a great success, with the course of Charity held at The House Criminal Brucoli, in collaboration with the Rotary and its Chairman Giuseppe Corvino and with the kind assistance of the Director Dott. Antonio Gelardi.
On the day of exams, we baked 500 pizzas for all detainees. The day of delivery of diplomas to the students, we have honored the presence of characters of Culture, Sports and Entertainment at the premises of the Theatre of the House Criminal Brucoli, with final tasting, and even then all taken up by Rai Tre, and other TV channels as well as documented by organs of Print.
In addition we also celebrated the end of the course with all the students and their families with a tasting pizzas for 80 people.
Believe me, it was great!
Now, in collaboration with the presidents of other associations and federations, we are preparing and dedicating to the realization of the Third European Championship of Sicilian flavors, to be held in Noto on 28 and 29 September 2015 at L ‘Hotel Sofia. This year will be introduced a welcome change, the score of each competitor will be visible immediately after the presentation of the Pizza.

The association worldwide

From this year we are also present in Brazil, where we opened a school and an office for counseling.
We are ready to propose anew next year, the Brazilian league, where we will be represented in Rio de Janeiro by Gianni Perrotta and Patricia instead to the North-East will stand with Joseph Cregolici.
Our association will presnte and also represented in Spain by Dario Zappala, in Greece by George Karpis, in Australia by Marco Urso.
In Italy we are in the area in many Italian cities, where Our instructors, who want to clarify are all professionals in the field, held various courses (to learn more visit the courses).
By the year will take place the first championship Maltese, which will be attended by Maltese pizza makers and pizza foreigners working in Malta.
Next proposed the creation of a group of acrobatic pizza female.
Since I friend Noel Guaci and my brother Angelo Paolini were the founders of this, together with my friends collaborators, .. we have decided that for me to take the reins of the association and with their help we made changes and relocated the offices, so their first decision was to entrust the post of interim President, who then later I was finally given unanimously in January by the new committee.
Charge, which I think of honor with my honesty, humility, professionalism and so much love for this work.
